We will review your basic security, your current WPV policy, and provide hands-on employee training using the national RUN-HIDE-FIGHT model. We offer Tabletop exercises for leadership. 2, 4, 6, and 8 hour courses available.

Active Shooter Response Training

We will train police officers, security professionals, on policy, SOP’s, and tactics required to respond to an active threat in your town, city, school, university, office building, or business. You will learn to deploy, locate, and stop the threat, rescue victims, and Stop The Bleed. Advanced leadership training also available. Active Threat Response Training for School and University Administrators

Active Threat Training for school administrators begins with a review of Violence Prevention Policy, Emergency Action Plans, and the threat assessment tools in use. We will conduct a free review of your physical security. We cover current threats, behavioral indicators, and provide hands-on training using the national RUN-HIDE-FIGHT model. We will then conduct a tabletop exercise so the leadership can exercise current policy as it is applied to an unfolding scenario.

2 and 4 hour courses available for up to 12 participants per instructor.

Active Threat Response Training for Faculty and Staff

We will train faculty and staff working in the classroom on how to react to school violence and active threats. You will learn to situational awareness, de-escalation, and how to implement the national RUN-HIDE-FIGHT model. Free Stop The Bleed certification available. Be a leader in the classroom during emergencies. Training is tailored to your site with a hands on portion. We will walk through the school to locate good hide locations, practice barricading, and learn to use improvised weapons as a last resort.

2 and 4 hour hands-on courses available for up to 40 participants per instructor.

Active Shooter Response Training for Armed School Security Guards and School Guardians

We will train school police, armed security guards, and school guardians to respond to an active threat or active shooter situation. You will learn the importance of situational awareness, behavioral indicators, and how to de-escalate a situation. As you direct others to Run and Hide, you will learn to take the Fight to the assailant. We will train at your school so that you can master the terrain. Virtual Police Simulator, and recoil-enabled laser training weapons with reactive targets can be safely used in any location without the use of any special protective gear.

4 to 8 hour instruction available for up to 8 student per instructor.

We use Video Scenario Training

The Video Scenario Trainer Pro 2.0 plays real life, shoot/no shoot video scenarios that can branch to different outcomes either by a trainer's input or by the trainee hitting a designated zone on a character. We can train with the many included scenes or develop specific scenarios based on the training needs of the client. We can then allow the shooter to review the scenario and their shot placement at the end of each drill with the instructor, where we discuss the law, your agency policy, and your ability to articulate the reasons for your actions.
